Information via Mobile Application
With your prior consent, the Testwell app may collect:
- Location: Required for home/clinic sample collection coordination
- Camera, Images & Files: Required for uploading prescriptions and accessing digital reports
- Phone Number: Required for account verification and payment gateway transactions
You may enable or disable these permissions at any time through your device settings.
Third-Party Sign-In
When logging in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, we collect only your name and email address for account creation and management. We do not access your Gmail, Facebook content, or Apple iCloud data.
Payment Related Information
Testwell Diagnostics does not access, store, or retain any payment-related data. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Testwell Diagnostics has no control over payment transactions beyond directing you to the gateway.
Testwell Diagnostics disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of payment information including credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking, or mobile wallets during online transactions.
Use and Disclosure of Collected Information
Your Personal Information is used to fulfil your service requests — including booking diagnostic tests, coordinating sample collection, delivering reports, and managing partner accounts.
We may use your contact details to send service notifications, promotional updates, newsletters, and health information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. By accepting this Policy and our Terms of Use, you consent to such communications. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
Testwell Diagnostics will not disclose your Personal Information without your consent, except as required by applicable law or government authority.
B2B Partner Data Sharing
For partner clinics, hospitals, and labs, patient information shared during test requisition may be used to process and deliver reports. We handle all such data with the same security standards and do not share it with any unauthorised third party. In the event of a business acquisition or merger, user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to their privacy policy.
Security of Personal Information
Testwell Diagnostics takes all reasonable steps to ensure your Personal Information is stored securely, protected from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Our measures include:

Restrictive Covenants
You are not permitted to use the Testwell Diagnostics Platform to host, upload, publish, transmit, or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person to which you have no right
- Is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
- Harms minors in any way
- Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary rights
- Violates any law currently in force in India
- Contains viruses or code designed to interrupt, damage, or limit any computer resource
- Threatens the sovereignty or security of India
You are also prohibited from attempting to breach Platform security, submitting false information, using automated scraping tools, or copying/framing any Platform content without permission.
Amendments to the Policy
Testwell Diagnostics reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective upon posting the updated policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to arbitration by an independent sole arbitrator (a retired judge/judicial officer) appointed by Testwell Diagnostics, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
Arbitration proceedings will be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the English language. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, shall have jurisdiction to grant interim relief.
